We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Residential Aged Care Clinician to join our dynamic clinical team in Portland, Victoria. As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering safe, competent, and contemporary clinical care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, assigning, and overseeing duties, ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures. You will also contribute to building a workplace culture that embraces innovation and collaboration, supporting our residents to live life as they choose.

Requirements

  • A minimum Bachelor Degree in Nursing (RN) and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • A minimum 3 years experience in residential aged care and sound clinical knowledge and skills in accordance with contemporary practice.
  • Working knowledge of the requirements of the Quality Agency Standards, Specified Care and Service Principles of the Aged Care Act, Documentation Standards, Residents Rights, Aged Care Funding Instrument, and other relevant legislation, regulations, and codes of practices.
  • A National Police Certificate or ability to acquire one.
