Key responsibilities include facilitating initiative delivery, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering effective customer services.
- Strong project management skills, including initiation, documentation, delivery, and monitoring of projects and grants.
- Experience in delivering customer services to diverse customers/stakeholders, anticipating customer needs and developing confidence with both internal and external customers.
- Experience in using project management techniques, methodologies, and software.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively, verbally and in writing, with people at all levels.
- Experience in researching, collating, and summarizing information to meet business needs.
Additional requirements include a full-time 12-month contract and a satisfactory background check prior to employment.
