About the Role

Evolution Mining is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Cowal. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and directing staff to provide maintenance and engineering services that optimize equipment reliability and meet non-processing asset requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective leadership and support for the development of tradespersons
  • Manage daily maintenance workflows, identify variances, and implement corrective actions
  • Drive continuous improvement and process control through the maintenance business
  • Collaborate with the planning department to develop short- and long-term plans and shutdowns
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Trade Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role or equivalent experience in mining or heavy industry maintenance
  • Previous maintenance supervisory experience in mining is desired
