About The Opportunity

Programmed's Property Services department is seeking a skilled Lawn Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the upkeep and improvement of our client sites in the Western suburbs of Sydney.

Nature of Position: Full-Time

Location: Western Suburbs, Sydney

Reporting Line: Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to the grounds team to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Ensure all sites are maintained and presented at a high standard, meeting client expectations.
  • Operate a range of mowers and other small plant equipment to maintain grounds and gardens.
  • Implement effective weed and pest control measures, including spraying and manual weeding.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety processes and procedures.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in gardening and landscaping, with a passion for delivering quality work and a strong commitment to safety.

  • Qualification or experience in horticultural parks and gardens, gardening and landscaping.
  • Current driver's license and white card.
  • Demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace.
  • Execute work that is of a high standard.
  • A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems.
