The Role

As an Onsite Support Engineer, you'll take on traditional L1 and L2 Support for Humanised Group's customers across multiple sites. This role involves rotating between sites per week, with a maximum commute distance of 30km from Ipswich.

Key Technologies

You'll be supporting a range of technologies, including:

  • Office 365 (including SharePoint / OneDrive) migrations, administration, and support.
  • Windows Server (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, IIS, RDS, etc.)
  • Microsoft Exchange Server upgrades, administration, and support
  • Microsoft Azure (Active Directory, App Service, Intune, SendGrid, Virtual machines)
  • Backup management (Veeam, Shadow Protect, Commvault, Backup Exec etc.)
  • Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware ESXi)

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Recent experience providing L1 and L2 support
  • Previous or current experience working for an MSP would be ideal
  • A valid driver's license and access to a car
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience supporting non-technical users up to VIP users
