Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing cash management systems, including ATMs and cash payment technologies. You will work closely with our Field Manager to ensure that all devices are functioning properly and that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fault finding, diagnosis, and repairs on a range of cash management systems
  • Attending various sites to maintain and repair devices
  • Commissioning, configuring, and testing devices
  • Troubleshooting technical issues (backed by a specialist technical support team)
Requirements
  • The desire to repair equipment with a willingness to learn
  • An ability to follow instructions
  • Computer skills
  • Prior electro-mechanical experience would be advantageous
  • Great ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Must have a valid driver's license
