Job Title: Community Development Advisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Community Development Advisor to join our team.

The role involves working closely with Aboriginal communities, stakeholders and partners to develop and implement complex social infrastructure projects.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including the Aboriginal community sector and community housing sector.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations on proposal development and partnership arrangements.
  • Supporting the development of credible bid proposals for residential property development projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project planning, implementation and management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
