Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at In Vitro Technologies Pty Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining existing accounts, pursuing new sales opportunities, and identifying key decision makers to maximize sales potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities
- Prospect new accounts and develop business plans to increase market share
- Monitor competitor activities and contribute to company strategy and marketing campaigns
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of sales activities
- Conduct product demonstrations and trials in a professional and technically correct manner
- Participate in regional and national trade conferences
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with a background in CSSD/Endoscopy Capital Equipment sales or Infection control. You will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a great team player. You will also have a proven track record in developing and maintaining strong relationships in a sales environment.
