Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Rail Replacement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our rail replacement service.

Responsibilities include conducting audits, providing training and general welfare to coordination team members, and supporting the operation from various key train stations. You will work closely with road transport operators and provide information to customers to ensure the operation runs smoothly.

Key job duties include maintaining high levels of safety, advising on adjustments to the replacement service, and assisting with failures in the delivery of the operation.

You will also provide weekly feedback to the coordination team, maintain a safe transfer area for customers, undertake coordinator on-site assessments, record service incidents, and conduct standards spot checks.

Apart from these key responsibilities, you will be expected to provide further training to current coordinators, including coaching and mentoring. You will assist in the onboarding and training of new starters and serve as the main point of contact for station facility owners/client representatives when on site.

Requirements:
  • Full and valid driving license
  • Previous experience working as a Rail Replacement Coordinator
