About the Role

As a Health Service Manager Grade 5, you will be responsible for leading and managing health services in a rural area of NSW. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimise business outcomes and manage change
  • Lead cultural change and empower staff to provide high-quality healthcare
  • Act as a senior clinician and role model to ensure care is delivered within professional boundaries

Requirements:

  • Current nursing registration with AHPRA and qualifications in health administration or management
  • Proven experience in primary healthcare and advanced clinical skills
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant funding, policies, and reforms
