Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,049.73 to $109,397.00 per annum, plus superannuation and 17.5% leave loading. In addition to a generous package, you will also receive:

Job Description

As a Community Mental Health Clinician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality assessments, evidence-based treatment, and case management services to adults with psychological disorders and psychiatric illnesses. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the individual needs of our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
  • Experience working in community mental health or a related field
  • Strong assessment and treatment skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
