Event Planning Expert

We are seeking a skilled Event Planning Expert to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating events from start to finish.

This role involves:

  • Coordinating all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, supplier management, and delegate logistics
  • Developing and managing event timelines, budgets, and run sheets
  • Assisting with registrations, delegate communications, and reporting
  • Working closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution
  • Providing on-site support and ensuring every event meets client expectations
  • Contributing to post-event reporting and continuous improvement

About You:

  • Prior experience in event planning, preferably within an agency environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with event management software (e.g., EventsAir or Cvent)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and genuine passion for events
