About the Role

As a key member of our team at MAX Solutions, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers through a range of activities that meet their needs. This could include community-based work, volunteer opportunities, and certain study programs. Your ability to guide, communicate, and support customers will be highly valued as you foster positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster and develop strong relationships with customers, community groups, and stakeholders to identify and deliver quality activities that meet their needs.
  • Work closely with our operational sites, other Workforce Australia Providers, and community networks to establish projects that deliver program objectives.
  • Develop and negotiate project proposals, contracts, and agreements with external providers to deliver self-sourced activities.
  • Identify potential host organizations that can offer individual or group placements that meet the demands of the region.
Requirements
  • High-level interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work autonomously and be outcome-focused with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong positive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Understanding of risk management approaches.
  • Ability to obtain a registered myGOVID name prior to commencing employment.
  • Hold or have the ability to obtain a current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
