Relevant Qualifications: A qualification in a relevant building discipline or trade.Experience: Demonstrated experience in medium commercial construction projects.Leadership Skills: Outstanding leadership, organization, planning, and communication skills to manage stakeholders and team members.Technical Skills: Skilled in the use of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, and Excel, with experience in CSSP budget software.Industry Knowledge: Intimate knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry regulations.What We Offer
