Capital Infrastructure Leader

The Senior Capital Infrastructure Lead will oversee and manage large-scale projects within a live hospital setting.
This includes coordinating capital works across various departments such as medical imaging, pathology, and Day Surgery Units (DAS) / Community Diagnostic Centres (CDCs).
The ideal candidate will possess strong operational knowledge of hospitals and healthcare infrastructure requirements.
This role requires the ability to effectively lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
- Coordinate and manage capital projects within a live hospital environment.
- Oversee works across areas such as medical imaging, pathology, and DAS/CDCs.
- Liaise with clinical stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project delivery meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Proven track record of delivering complex capital projects in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare infrastructure requirements.
- Effective leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams.
