Asset Manager and Infrastructure Leader

As a senior leader in infrastructure and asset management, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our community.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing directorate responsible for strategic planning, delivery, and management of assets, infrastructure, and public spaces.
- Oversee city presentation and operational services, ensuring public services and facilities operate smoothly.
- Manage council's depot-based functions—such as civil maintenance, parks and sports field maintenance, fleet management, and operational procurement—to deliver essential services efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate and project deliver council's capital works program.
- Strategically manage, plan, and optimise council's assets to ensure their long-term functionality, sustainability, and alignment with community needs.
- Proven senior leader with expertise in infrastructure and asset management.
- Ability to inspire, influence, and foster a culture of performance, innovation, and service excellence.
This role requires a strong understanding of our community strategic plan. You will work collaboratively with the executive team to achieve outstanding results.
