Job Title: Infrastructure Performance Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive performance and assurance across our complex capital infrastructure programs. The successful candidate will lead the review processes, associated reporting, and engage with stakeholders at senior levels.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering or assuring large-scale capital infrastructure projects, with proven expertise in capital projects assurance, governance, and risk management frameworks.

This role requires strong leadership skills to inspire and develop multidisciplinary teams toward achieving high-quality outcomes. Excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities, influencing and negotiating at senior levels, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the optimisation of performance across Health Infrastructure's capital projects and programs.
  • Ensure effective and efficient delivery of HI and INSW infrastructure program and project assurance functions.
  • Manage project advice, lessons learnt, and knowledge sharing platforms and processes.
  • Support reporting and analytics that drive program improvements.

  • Strategic leader with a passion for driving performance and assurance across complex capital infrastructure programs.
  • Extensive experience in delivering or assuring large-scale capital infrastructure projects.
  • Proven expertise in capital projects assurance, governance, and risk management frameworks.
