Program Director, Performance

We are seeking an experienced Program Director, Performance to lead the optimisation of performance across capital projects and programs.

\

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in delivering or assuring large-scale capital infrastructure projects, including a detailed understanding of the various phases of social infrastructure project planning and delivery.

\

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a passion for driving performance and assurance across complex capital infrastructure programs.

\

About This Role

This is a full-time ongoing position that requires highly developed stakeholder engagement and management skills.

\

The role involves leading the team that manages review processes and associated reporting, as well as engaging with and responding to cross-government strategic policies and issues impacting on infrastructure delivery agencies.

\

  • Extensive experience in delivering or assuring large-scale capital infrastructure projects
  • A detailed understanding of the various phases of social infrastructure project planning and delivery
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop multidisciplinary teams
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement capabilities, influencing and negotiating at senior levels
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in planning, procurement, and/or delivery of major infrastructure projects
