
Practice Improvement Specialist

About the role:
This position focuses on enhancing program performance through strategic improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with managers and team leaders to review, monitor, and implement best practices in case management.
The manager will oversee the review of service delivery, practices, client feedback, and audit results to inform training and development needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership, guidance, and specialist support to team leaders.
- Contributing to policy and procedural guidance on program changes.
- Developing, reviewing, and implementing policies, procedures, and processes.
- Coordinating access to training for team leaders and frontline staff.
- Supporting teams to develop relevant actions to improve service delivery.
- Reviewing critical incidents, tracking trends, and identifying gaps in incident reporting.
- Ensuring analysis of quality of service across all deliverables using an evidence-based approach.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in social work, psychology, or a relevant field, and 5 years of experience in casework practice and/or management.
They will possess critical thinking, analytical, and negotiation skills, as well as experience in case management, leadership, and training development.
