Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a forward-looking digital strategy to transform lab operations and collaboration
- IDentify and champion digital use cases to enhance lab productivity
- Promote digital mindset and adoption through change management, training, and leadership engagement
- Collaborate closely with I&T, TES leaders, business partners to ensure solution alignment and scalability
- 15+ years of technology or digital experience with progressive digital leadership responsibilities
- 10+ years executing and building solutions with a strong focus on R&D related processes and solutions
- Demonstrated success implementing digital tools and platforms in GxP or scientific environments
