Job Title

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hospitality Manager to lead our Front of House team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where attention to detail and great people skills are essential.

  1. Lead and Support the Team: Lead and support the FOH team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
  2. Daily Operations: Oversee daily cafe operations and customer experience.
  3. Roster Management: Manage staff rosters and ensure adequate coverage.
  4. Staff Development: Train and mentor FOH staff to maintain high standards.
  5. Service Flow: Coordinate with the kitchen and coffee teams for smooth service flow.
  6. Stock Levels: Handle stock levels for FOH consumables and ensure venue presentation is always on point.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: Proven FOH management experience in a busy cafe or hospitality venue.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Organisation: Hands-on, organised, and proactive.
  • Patient Attitude: A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
  • Availability: Availability to work across weekdays and weekends.
