We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Senior Venue Manager.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our upscale venue, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a high-performing team of staff in providing world-class customer service
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue increase
  • Managing venue operations, including inventory control, staff training, and scheduling

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to deliver outstanding results. They will also have a strong understanding of hospitality operations, including financial management, marketing, and human resources.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in senior hospitality management, preferably in a luxury setting
