We are seeking a senior hospitality professional to lead our Bistro operations. As a Bistro Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the bistro, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of food quality.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in supervising teams, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and staff development. You will be expected to develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferably)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory roles within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Australian RSA, RSG, and Food Safety Supervisor certificates (or equivalent)
