Job Summary
">- We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Administrator to support various divisions in recruitment services.
About the Role
">- This is a diverse, hands-on role that spans recruitment coordination, executive support, document management, office support and process improvement.
- You will provide high-level executive support to our senior leadership team, while managing the day-to-day operations of a busy office supporting 25+ staff.
Your Key Responsibilities
">- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from job acquisition through to candidate placement.
- Prepare candidate longlists, format resumes and compile detailed overview reports.
- Conduct reference and background checks, schedule interviews and manage digital assessments.
- Create and maintain recruitment documents, reports and compliance records.

">- Proven experience in a similar senior administration or recruitment coordinator role.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Confidence working across multiple platforms and managing high volumes of admin.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
