Entertainment Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Entertainment Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance guest retention through entertainment offerings, including special events, activations, and venue-based entertainment.

  • Manage administrative tasks within the Entertainment department
  • Coordinate live music, DJs, comedy, and other performance bookings ensuring compliance with financial guidelines
  • Oversee operational execution for business-as-usual entertainment campaigns and private events
  • Administer and manage purchase orders, invoices, and talent agreements
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and support entertainment communications
  • Provide on-ground event and entertainment support as required
  • Assist with marketing and social media activity for entertainment including design briefs, content production, and management

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years' experience in entertainment, music, or events with proven experience coordinating performances and artists. They should be skilled in managing performances while controlling labour costs and have strong ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
