Key Responsibilities:Instruction: Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs, projects, and materials to enhance student learning.
Evaluation: Conduct necessary pre-training assessments and ensure compliance with assessment requirements linked to program delivery.
Industry Collaboration: Engage in marketing and promotion of courses by networking with industry contacts and learning communities.
Quality Assurance: Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality assurance processes related to program administration, course design, delivery, and assessment.
Professional Development: Identify and participate in ongoing professional development to maintain vocational relevance and teaching effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience:- Relevant post-secondary qualifications along with recent industry experience.
- Registered Plumber in Victoria.
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualifications.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and a commitment to high standards of teaching practice.
