
Sales Performance Enhancement Specialist

As a Sales Enablement Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our partner sales teams. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement structures and frameworks that ensure quality assurance of partner sales consultants.
You will deliver 'Calibration Sessions' with Team Leaders & Quality Assessors on facilitation of training & monitoring of their sales teams KPIs (quality, quantity, focus). Additionally, you will deliver business reviews to the senior leadership team (monthly) with recommendations and actions.
Our ideal candidate will have strong project management skills with experience managing programs preferably in a Learning & Development environment. Prior experience in sales training and content delivery is also essential. You must demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as familiarity with working in a global environment.
