
Program Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and manage our infant and family services programs. You will provide operational management, ensuring the effective delivery of our services.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and supervising our Infant and Family Services Team Leaders. Your focus will be on implementing and evaluating evidence-based practice methods to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
We are seeking someone with strong leadership skills, who can foster beneficial working relationships with partners and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
In this role, you will undertake leadership tasks, projects, and portfolio areas, as well as support integrated practice and integration of services across streams.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the effective delivery of our services.
- Leadership: Provide leadership, support, and supervision to staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Evidence-Based Practice: Implement and evaluate evidence-based practice methods to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to enhance our services.
- Tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, child and family social welfare or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in motivating and supporting employees in a change and reform environment.
- High level risk assessment skills for family violence, child and family functioning, and mental health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
