About the Role

As a Martech Operations Specialist at Canva, you will play a key role in enabling our marketing and sales functions with the necessary tools, insights, and integrations to achieve our goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about data and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of cross-functional campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery through stakeholder alignment.
  • Streamline campaign creation and execution processes to enable faster launches and ongoing improvements.
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications for Martech and Sales Operations teams.
  • Utilize data sources and categories for effective audience segmentation, enhancing targeted outreach efforts.
  • Act as the expert on audience segmentation, A/B testing, and success metrics, providing guidance to optimize campaign performance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in B2B Marketing, Sales operations or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of tools which enable Marketing and Sales teams, and an aptitude to quickly learn new tools, specifically: Salesforce Sales Cloud Certified (SFDC Admin 1-2 years).
  • Experience in configuring Salesforce beyond basic usage, including customising workflows, creating reports and dashboards, and managing user permissions.
  • Expertise in audience segmentation, A/B testing, and defining success metrics.
