The Role

Our organization seeks a highly skilled professional to lead our Collision strategy and develop sales and service initiatives to deliver excellence to Collision members and suppliers.

  • Leads the national collision team to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develops initiatives to increase supplier engagement with members across the collision segment.
  • Represents the organization at industry associations and events.
  • Manages targeted relationships with suppliers.
  • Provides leadership and influence to deliver outstanding service to members and suppliers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of delivering customer value through key account management.
  • Industry experience gained through networking and association with industry bodies.
  • Previous experience developing strategies and initiatives that grow and develop sales territories, preferably at a national level.
  • Intermediate skills in using MS Office.
  • Business awareness, commercial acumen, and strong negotiation skills.
