About the Role">

As a Care Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care services to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our skilled staff provide exceptional care, while actively seeking out opportunities for education and capacity building within the team.

We are looking for an experienced individual with a Certificate IV in Aged Care or Enrolled Nurse equivalent qualification. You should have a strong background in aged or community care, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
