We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Registered Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Our goal is to provide exceptional care to elderly residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Main Responsibilities:- Deliver holistic nursing care to residents, including health assessments, medication administration, and wound management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families, promoting a sense of community and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring continuity of care.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 6 months experience in aged care or similar settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
