About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Senior Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing tender documents, collaborating with a small team of estimators, and liaising directly with clients to understand their needs and present proposals effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze tender documents to identify project requirements.
  • Collaborate with a small team of estimators to compile and submit competitive tenders.
  • Liaise directly with clients to understand their needs and present proposals effectively.
  • Manage the tendering process, ensuring all documentation is thorough and accurate.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and clients to help secure projects.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture that values collaboration and support.
About You
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of estimating experience, with focus on HVAC projects.
  • Proven ability to navigate the tendering process and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-facing approach.
  • Eagerness to grow within the role and the company, with aspirations for future leadership opportunities.
  • Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Kostech) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
