  • Train and coach project team members in efficient methodologies, ensuring they have the skills needed to complete projects effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with standardized processes, systems, and tools, maintaining metrics and reporting standards to integrate outcomes into planning.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess certifications or experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies. Strong analytical skills, coupled with a collaborative approach to partnering with leaders and employees at all levels, will enable you to assess business needs and develop targeted solutions.

  • Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen would be highly valued, as well as industry experience preferably in heavy industrial or operational environments.
