Are you passionate about transforming healthcare through digital innovation? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Lead to join our team in implementing the Single Digital Patient Record.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful change that directly impacts patient care. As the Change Lead, you will champion organisational change, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure seamless adoption of new technologies that enhance patient outcomes and clinical efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in change management, preferably in healthcare settings. They will also possess strong knowledge of working at Calvary Mater Newcastle, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

Job Requirements
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies
  • Facilitate training programmes and support clinical teams through digital transformation
  • Collaborate with NSW Health, clinical and corporate services teams to ensure successful system integration
  • Monitor adoption metrics and address resistance to change
  • Create communication plans to engage all stakeholders throughout the implementation
