Key Responsibilities- Develop a thorough understanding of Amazon's Global Selling products and destination markets specific regulations to support Taiwan-based sellers.
- Build a comprehensive knowledge of the cross-border e-commerce landscape in European countries and identify competitive offerings.
- Identify, acquire, and foster third-party sellers to join Amazon's cross-border e-commerce programs for TW2EU.
- Create a value proposition for Amazon's Global Selling for TW2EU business.
- Leverage internal and external resources to remove roadblocks for seller launch.
- Equip sellers with in-depth knowledge of Selling on Amazon, including features and functionalities critical to seller onboarding.
- Utilize data-driven insights to track account development and sales movement, and implement action plans to guide seller work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
- Achieve business goals focusing on both quantity and quality of seller recruitment to meet/exceed annual revenue targets and operational metrics.
- Support additional projects while maintaining the primary book of business.
- Deliver data-driven business reviews regarding seller development and state of health for the respective territories with seller insights and action plans.
3+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
Preferred Qualifications3+ years of experience in client or vendor-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills.
Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights.
