Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care to seniors in their own homes? We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team

About the Role

This is a unique chance to make a real difference in the lives of older members of our community, helping them maintain their independence and enhance their wellbeing. As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care services, including:

  • General housekeeping and making beds
  • Cleaning, mopping and vacuuming floors
  • Washing, folding and ironing laundry
  • Meal preparation and grocery shopping
  • Providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Helping family carers to take a break or pursue other interests.

You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring your care approach to meet their individual requirements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
