Our mission is to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in their own homes.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Care Worker to join our team in the Caboolture South region. As a Home Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to work across various areas, including Beachmere, Clontarf Beach, Mango Hill, Newport, and North Lakes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Domestic Support: Provide home help services such as general housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping
  • Personal Assistance: Offer personal care services including getting clients out of bed, assisting with medications, and mobility assistance
  • Social Support: Support clients with high care needs, such as dementia, and provide social and emotional support
Key Requirements:
  • A current Open class Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
  • Experience in a similar professional role, preferably in aged care
