Emergency Management Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced analyst to contribute to the development and implementation of monitoring and assurance processes to support continuous, effective, and sustainable improvement in Victoria's emergency management sector.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the emergency management sector and experience in reviewing and critically assessing qualitative information. They will be able to draft review and evaluation reports and contribute to all IGEM assurance activities with a particular focus as outlined in the key accountabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and critically assess qualitative information to support monitoring, reviewing and assessment of critical infrastructure resilience and emergency management planning arrangements at a system level.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of monitoring and assurance processes to support continuous, effective, and sustainable improvement in Victoria's emergency management sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to review and critically assess qualitative information.
  • Ability to draft review and evaluation reports.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the emergency management sector will be highly regarded.
