Sports Turf Groundskeeper Role

We are seeking a skilled Sports Turf Groundskeeper to join our team and maintain the health and appearance of sports fields. This critical role involves various tasks, including:

  • Turf maintenance, which encompasses mowing, rolling, and line-marking
  • Turf renovations, encompassing aerating, topdressing, and fertilizing
  • General sports ground and parks maintenance, including cleaning and repairing equipment

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Previous relevant experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of machinery maintenance, which is highly desirable
  • A current Victorian drivers license
  • An excellent work ethic and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and a strong focus on safety
