As an Executive Lead for our Transitional Accommodation Program, you will play a key role in leading a collaborative project aimed at providing transitional housing solutions to individuals and families in need.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of the program's objectives, ensuring timely completion of milestones and outcomes. They will also develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote the program's vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to achieve program objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and service providers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and address any emerging issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the social or community housing sector.
  • Project management skills, with experience in managing complex projects and programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide guidance and support to colleagues.
  • Knowledge of project governance principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
