Senior HR Professional Job Description

This role requires a seasoned HR professional to provide expert advice and support to site management teams and drive HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to site management teams to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR plans, aligned with national strategies, to enhance business performance.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes for site staff, ensuring timely and effective resourcing.
  • Design and implement local remuneration and benefits strategies, ensuring equitable and competitive compensation.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives to boost employee engagement and involvement, including culture surveys, values rollout, and succession planning.
  • Manage workplace injuries and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and cost-effective management.
  • Implement national HR policies and procedures, and develop site-specific policies as needed.
  • Analyze HR data to inform business decisions and drive improvements.
  • Manage HR information systems, maintaining accurate and secure personnel, training, and payroll records.
