Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Administration and Recruitment Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment, onboarding, and training process for all new team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process to ensure high-quality candidates are selected for various roles within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into their roles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of new employees.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to human resources and recruitment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
