Due to growth we're seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated Electrician to join their thriving team.
As a Solar Electrician, you will ensure high-quality and compliant electrical and solar installations.
You will manage projects efficiently, enhance safety practices, and improve business systems.
You will also mentor apprentices, support team members, and promote our core values.
The role: Install and maintenance electrical work Assess the environment, detect and mitigate any hazards associated with installation.
Create installation maps ensuring components are installed according to those diagrams.
Ensure all installations and service work is conducted at the highest quality standard in line with safety, manufacturing and building codes.
Testing of various systems and make adjustments accordingly.
Provide troubleshooting and fault finding What we're looking for: Qualified Licensed Electrician (favourable) Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) Certified Grid Connected Solar PV Design/Install Accreditation (favourable) Solar Battery Storage Design and Install Accreditation (favourable) Strong technical experience with the ability to fault find and troubleshoot Experienced in installing and servicing solar systems (desirable) Highly motivated self-starter Ability to maintain calm during high pressure situations Strong desire to succeed professionally Strong willingness to provide high quality customer service and positive results for clients Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise Strong attention to detail Be punctual, show initiative, motivate others and practice a positive can-do attitude On offer: $45-$55 per hour + super Company car Full-time permanent role (Monday to Friday with the option of weekend work) Highly attractive and competitive remuneration Opportunity for overtime (approx. 5-10 hours in overtime per week) Opportunity to progress your career with an industry leader and be part of a winning team If you're ambitions, ready to take your career to the next level and join a thriving organisation, APPLY TODAY
