About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Passenger Service Officer to join our team at Sydney Airport.
Your primary responsibility will be delivering Passenger Reduced Mobility (PRM) services, ensuring that special needs customers receive exceptional care throughout their journey.
As the face of our organization, you'll provide outstanding customer service, putting passengers' needs at the forefront of every interaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver PRM services with empathy and professionalism;
- Assist and guide special needs customers through their airport experience;
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or certificate in a relevant field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision;
- Familiarity with disability support principles and practices;
- Ability to lift 20 kg and stand for extended periods.
