Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Interpreter to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with internal departments and handling customer enquiries in person and over the phone to ensure the timely issuing of parts.

  • Handle customer requests and sales enquiries.
  • Build and maintain customer loyalty and support.
  • Ensure daily orders are placed on time.
  • Monitor inward and outward freight arrangements.
  • Control and reconcile cash sales daily.
  • Assist in managing department inventory and risk mitigation reports.
