Curriculum Management Coordinator: Leading Academic Programs
Job Description
The Curriculum Management Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of academic programs. This involves working closely with academic staff to develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with academic staff to design, develop, and implement curriculum aligned with institutional goals and standards.
- Support the planning, execution, and review of curriculum projects to ensure timely completion and quality outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication between academic teams and stakeholders to coordinate and enable integration of curriculum management processes.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of curriculum changes, including documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Education or a related field, with relevant experience in curriculum management.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with academic staff and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of good practices in Higher Education learning and teaching, including curriculum development and implementation.
