Project Support Services Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Support Services Coordinator to join our team in the Defence sector. In this role, you will provide critical coordination and support for project activities, ensuring seamless execution, accurate data validation, and effective transitions across multiple Defence bases.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in planning, scheduling, and executing projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Conducting physical data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of project data.
  • Contributing to process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant defence regulations and standards.
  • Identifying and addressing issues or risks that may arise during project execution, data validation, or transition processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in project coordination or a similar supporting role in a multi-site environment, preferably within the Defence sector.

  • Experience with data validation and management processes.
  • Proven ability to manage handover-takeover processes in complex environments.
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field are highly desirable.
