Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Coordinator to support the delivery of Property and Asset Services across South Australia and the Northern Territory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing coordination and support for project activities, physical data validation, and handover-takeover management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conducting physical data validation activities to ensure accuracy and integrity of project data.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensuring all activities comply with relevant defence regulations and standards.
  • Identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise during project execution, data validation, or transition processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project coordination or similar supporting role in a multi-site environment, preferably within the Defence sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Experience with data validation and management processes.
  • Proven ability to manage HOTO processes in complex environments.
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field are highly desirable.
