Key Data Operations Role

This is a key role within our Defence division to support the PAS contract. As a Data Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient and accurate management of data across multiple defence bases.

About the Position

This permanent full-time position could be based at any of the main defence bases in the Northern Territory or South Australia, or from our Melbourne Head Office on Collins Street.

You will support the Project Data Services Manager in coordinating activities related to GEMS data load management, managing the project support services (PSS) inbox, and controlling objective documents.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the loading, verification, and validation of data in the GEMS system.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Maintaining and controlling all project-related documents within the objective document management system.
  • Generating and distributing regular and ad-hoc reports as required by the Project Data Services Manager.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A qualification in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in data coordination or a similar role, particularly within a Defence or large-scale project environment.
  • Experience with GEMS, Objective, or similar systems is highly regarded.
